 | TOP FINISH: it’s funtions are both to complete the panel from the aesthetical point of view and, according to the customer’s and project requirements, to achive particular mechanical, chemical, physical, hygienic or security performances.EDGE TRIM: made of antishock ABS, it has the functions of finish, waterproof sealing and protection of the panel covering.PANEL: element which is the structural core and which distributes the load of the raised floor.
BOTTOM FINISH: it has the purpose of protecting the panel from humidity. It can be made of laminate balancing sheet, melamine sheet or aluminum sheet 0,05 mm. Besides, it can be made of galvanized steel plate 0,5 mm or galvanized steel tray 0,5 mm to improve the mechanical characteristics. GASKET: made of soundproofing and air-dust sealing polythene. Stringer: horizontal component, if requested, which connects the pedestals, it is used to improve the stability, the rigidity of the structure, the bearing capacity of the whole system. PEDESTAL: element adjustable in height with the main function to bear the panels and the stringers, when required. It distributes the loads to the slab. |
 | THE PANELS TYPES: INTEC FLOOR PT: tickness available 30 and 38 mm. It is made of flame-retardant high-density chipboard, composed of resins mixed with woodcore particles of different size.INTEC FLOOR PS: tickness available 30 and 34 mm. It is made of homogeneous sulphate calcium concrete with anhydrous gympsum and vegetable organic fibers. PS12 and PS18 panels are also available for stone finishes, both provided with steel tray or steel plate as bottom finish.MONOINTEC: tickness available 23/25/30 mm. Depending on the top finish which part of it. It is made of composite material composed of resins, mineral charges and steel reinforcement.

THE TOP FINISHES: HPL-Laminates, PVC, linoleum, rubber, carpet, klinker, cotto, porcelain stoneware, natural and recomposed marble and granite, natural stone, parket. The choice is almost endless on a raised floor.
HP-Laminates: particularly suitable for all rooms that need easy cleaning and high resistance to wear, ideal for working environments and heavy-duty traffic.
PVC: used primarily in offices with medium traffic, it is resistant to acids and easy to clean. It can be antistatic and conductive.
linoleum: produced with natural raw materials (linseed oil, cork, resin), it is calendered on jute support. Linoleum is ecological, naturally antistatic, resistant to wear and to cigarette burns, does not react to grease or oil, and ideal in offices and in light-medium traffic rooms.
Rubber: recommended for heavy-traffic floorings, where a high level of hygiene, easy maintenance are durability are required.
Carpet: soundproofing is certain its prime attribute. This is very important where application on raised floors is concerned. The loose-laying type offers many advantages particularly when replacement is necessary.
Parket: on all prefinished parquets the walking surface is coatedat the plant with special wear-resistant transparent varnishes. Wood is the warmest, most prestigious material, ideal for executive environments where traffic is limited.
Ceramic and Stoneware Solutions: The use of ceramic and stonewaresolutions for raised flooring permits the creation of highly decorative,elegant finishes and guarantees high levels of performance, such aslong life and easy maintenance. Thanks to them versatility, they are becomming commonly used besides for offices also for service sector and heavy traffic environments.
Porcelain Stoneware (30×30) or (60×60): Stronger then natural granite more resistant then than marble, porcelain stoneware combines outstanding beauty and high performance. Resistant to shock, to deep abrasion, chemicals and freezing, porcelain stoneware has a very low water abrasion rate and unique chromatic and compositehomogeneity. Even if daily use removes the surface layer, an identical lower layer wil emerge. The surface can be natural or polished. Used in the 30 x 30 is suitable for all environments. The 60 x 60 is more effective in large, prestigious environments.
